HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
Orders placed on our site are generally processed and shipped within 3 days after receipt of payment, exclusive of weekends and holidays.

We offer a $5.00 flat rate for all purchases under $25, FREE SHIPPING throughout the continuous United State for all purchases over $25, and the following flat rates for international orders:
Canada and Puerto Rico - $20.00
Rest of World - $20.00
All items are shipped via USPS. USPS time frame for delivery in FLORIDA is approximately 2 business days, and USPS time frame for delivery in the United States is approximately 4 business days. Please note we DO NOT guarantee earlier delivery beyond 5-7 business days.
For international orders, USPS time frame for delivery is approximately 15-25 business days. IMPORTANT: All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the client. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in particular occasions, custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can track your order by visiting www.USPS.com. Note, a tracking number is only sent to your email address once we have prepared your package for shipment and delivery. Additionally, please allow 24-36 hours for your tracking information to be updated on the www.USPS.com site from the time you receive your tracking information email from our team.
For international orders, unfortunately, once your package has left the United States you are unable to track the package. The last tracking information you will be updated with is a sorting facility within the U.S. This is an indication that your package is with the Customs Department in your respective country.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
Should you not receive your package, please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance in locating your order.
For international orders, if the 25 business days have passed, please contact our team at email@example.com.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS REFUNDS?
You will receive an email from our team indicating your refund has been successfully processed once the refund has been submitted. Once received, please allow 2-10 business days for the credit to be applied back into your account.
HOW OFTEN DO YOU RESTOCK?
We regularly restock pieces. However, there are no guarantees that an item will be restocked.
HOW MANY DAYS DO I HAVE TO RETURN MY ORDER?
The 10-day return period begins from the date you receive your package. Please note, ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND EVENT PURCHASES ARE FINAL SALE.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES OR CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT IS PLACED?
Since we do our best to ensure you will receive your package as promptly as possible, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order once it has been successfully placed.
